  • Healthy Minds

    Worcestershire Wellbeing Hub is an information and signposting service for people over the age of 16 who are experiencing low mood, anxiety or stress, and feel that they would benefit from support.

    The Healthy Minds service aims to respond within 48 hours to any enquiries.

  • Digital Mental Health Therapy

    SilverCloud programmes are designed to help you improve and maintain your wellbeing by changing the way you think and feel about things.

    There are several free programmes you can access, including:

    Positive body image, Stress, Long term conditions and their link to depression and anxiety, Mindfulness, Resilience, Sleep, Money, Depression, OCD, ... and many others.

    All you need is access to the internet and sound on a computer, tablet or mobile. The programme is flexible so you can use it anytime, anyplace, and anywhere. They feature videos, activities, quizzes, audio guides and your own online journal.

  • Support from your GP

    Your GP can provide treatment for mental health problems and offer long-term care and support. If appropriate your GP may refer you so a specialist service. Click here to book a GP appointment.

  • Bereavement Support

    The death of a loved one or close friend is one of the most difficult times in each of our lives. Whether this is expected, following a long term illness, or sudden and unexpected, the grieving process is deeply personal.

  • Disease Management and Health Promotion

    The aim of this service is to identify risk factors at an early stage and prevent them from causing ill health. We will ask about smoking and drinking habits, measure your blood pressure and also check your weight from time to time. This is very important, especially in people with a family history of illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes or stroke.

  • Diabetic Clinic

    The Surgery will contact each patient who requires an annual or 6 monthly review.

  • Respiratory Clinic

    The Surgery will contact each patient who requires an annual review.

  • Contraceptive Services (Family Planning)

    Sept 2024 - This service at the surgery is on hold while our new GP completes training. Patients will be directed to Sexual Health Clinics for the interim period.

    We offer coil and implant fittings, removals and changes to patients in a confidential setting. We also give comprehensive advice on family planning and all methods of contraception, to help you make the right choice for you.

    Travel advice, and information regarding vaccines that are required to travel to certain areas, can all be found here.

  • Audiology for 50 years old and over

    Healthy Worcestershire is a new and exciting programme open to anyone over the age of 18 who lives or is registered with a GP in Worcestershire. Sessions take place across the county and provide information, activities, and advice on being more physically active, leading a healthy lifestyle, staying safe online, maintaining good mental health, and staying connected to your community.

Non-NHS Services.

 

We are happy to undertake, by appointment, medical examinations and reports for insurance companies. We can also provide specific reports for such things as fitness to travel and sporting activity, and will complete other medical reports for example for holiday cancellation and driving requirements.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for completion of forms, certificates, claims or reports. This work is outside the NHS system and a charge will be made.
